Martina Konosić Lakić graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb. He obtained the title of Master of Science at the Postgraduate Study of Organization and Management.

Since 2002 works in banking; since 2006 in Privredna banka Zagreb d.d. as a client relations manager in the Business Group for small and medium-sized entrepreneurs, and from 2012 to the end of 2018. as director of the Center for business with companies, he successfully leads the sales network team in Zagreb and Zagreb County. In addition to the function of sales director, he actively participates in the organization of business processes, presentations, training and coaching of the sales team.

Through the Business School program, he obtains a diploma in General Management – Business Certficate – Business Education Program, and additionally improves in the area of communication skills – London School of Public Relations and attends various educations, workshops and courses in the area of sales skills, client relationship management, training the trainer, etc.

He is a partner in Simulus Group d.o.o. for business consulting, which deals with business consulting and education in the field of finance, strategy and improvement of organizations.
